When I arrived to pick up my car up, I didn’t have to wait at all, the receipt and keys were returned to me; there was a complementary glass cleaning spray in the cup holder, and all of the shattered glass was vacuumed, like seriously, my car was spotless. They cleaned the outside and detailed the inside at no extra cost. 🥹
